ATMA 2016: Application Form, Eligibility

ATMA (AIMS Test for management Admission) is a national level management admission test for MBA and other PG courses in management study. The examination is conducted by the AIMA (All India management Association). The examination is being hold 4 times in every year for admission to above courses offered by the participating universities and institutions. Every year thousand of students appeared the ATMA examination to make their career in management.

Application Form

The ATMA application form 2016 is issued four-time in a year as in December, March, May and October month. The way of application will be both as offline and online. The online application form would be downloaded from the official site of the association while the offline application form along with information brochure would be gotten from various fee collection centers across the country. The examination will be held in around 30 major cities of the country. Candidates would have to pay the application fee via online as credit or debit card. The application fee for all is same and that will be Rs. 1100/- only. After filling the application fee, candidates will get a PID through the SMS or mail. The PID will be updated necessarily in the application form.

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria is as following:

• The candidates should be completed the age of 21 years on the date of admission.
• The candidates should be passed graduation from any recognized university with any stream.
• The candidates pursuing the last year of their qualifying exam may also appear the examination.

Important Dates

The dates for the ATMA exam for the session 2015-2016 has been announced, the dates have been mentioned below.
27 Dec 2015 – (Online Test)
14 Feb 2016 – (Paper Pencil test)
22 May 2016 – (Online Test)
24 July 2016 – (Online Test)
The dates are given as per the December schedule:

• Date of Commencement of Registration: 16 October 2015
• Start of distribution of ATMA Bulletins : October 2015
• Close of distribution of ATMA Bulletins : December 2015
• Date of closure of Registration : 19 December 2015
• Last date for reprint of filled-in application form : 22 December 2015
• Downloading of Admit Cards : 22 December 2015
• Online test : 27 December 2015 (2:00 PM to 5:00 PM)
• Results : January 2016

Exam Pattern

The examination is being conducted four times in a year as pen and paper based and computer based test. The test includes the comprehension skills, verbal reasoning capabilities, numerical reasoning capabilities etc. The total time for attempting the exam is 3 hour. The exam comprises in 180 MCQ based on Analytical Reasoning Skills, Verbal Skills, Quantitative Skills. One mark will be awarded to each correct answer while 1 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.

Admit Card

The ATMA admit card 2016 will be available online on the official site of the board on 15 days before the exam date. The admit card will be contained the personal details of candidates including photo, roll number of the candidates, examination time and venue.

Result

The ATMA result 2016 will be released after one month of the examination date. The result will be announced on official site of the association. Candidates may get their result by entering their PID and name in the specific tab given under the link of result.
