Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) is the national level aptitude test
conducted by Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI) for admission to
its flagship business management (BM), Personnel Management and
Industrial Relations (PMIR) programmes and 15 months full-time
residential GMP (General Management Program). The XAT exam is one of the
highly competitive exam after CAT for admission to management
programmes in Xavier Institute of Management and Goa Institute of
Management. The XAT exam is conducted every year by XLRI and thousands
of candidates appear in the exam to pursue Management courses from some
of the reputed B-schools in the country.

The candidates must be having a bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Or they have to complete their graduation by 10, June 2016.
The students scoring less than 50% in their graduation are also eligible to appear in the exam, but they have to submit their marks to the participating B-schools by June 2016.
The candidate appearing in the final year of graduation are also eligible to appear in the exam, provided that they have to submit the aggregate percentage of the previous passing year.
Except Dubai and Kathmandu, candidates would get the admission as per GMAT score.
