IPU Entrance Exam 2016: Application Form, Exam Pattern

IPU CET 2016 (Indraprastha University) will be issued by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test for various courses. Every year IPUCET access exam conducted to grant aspirant students admission in varied medical institutions. IPU entrance exam is a university level examination, which is held on every year. It is recognized by the Delhi government. This is the main assessment conducted in conditions of admitting eligible candidates in numerous fields such as Technology & Engineering, Law, Nursing, Pharmacy and Education. IPU CET 2016 Application Form

Candidates can apply for the courses online as well as via offline mode and fill it on the official website of IPU CET 2016. In offline process, candidates can be received through sending the demand of draft or by post to the required site. Students are advised to fill the form very vigilantly and read all the instructions side by side. Any single mistake from your side can create a lot of problems in accepting your form. The cost of application form will be Rs. 1000/- for all candidates. If any candidates wish to get forms throughout the postal service, they have to pay Rs. 100/- in additional that are integrated within the real charges. Eligibility Criteria

The candidates must ensure that they are satisfied from the prescribed eligibility before applying for IPU CET 2016.

• The candidates must have passed 10+2 examination with minimum of 50% in Chemistry, Physics, Biology, and English.
• Candidates must not go above 21 years of age.
• English is the intermediate of education.

Important Dates

• The form of IPU CET 2016 will be available on February 2016.
• The last date of IPU CET available forms will be March 2016.

Exam Pattern

The time of IPU CET examination will be 3 hours with 300 multiple choice questions of 900 marks. The medium of answering the paper will be English only. The question will be asked from the syllabus of 11 and 12 standard based on physics, chemistry and mathematics (PCM). The 1 mark will be deducted for a single wrong answer and will get 3 marks for every right answer. The candidate should bring the black ballpoint pen to fill the OMR sheet in the examination hall. So, write each and every answer carefully if you don’t know the answer doesn’t waste the time in that question go to the next question.

 IPU CET 2016 Admit Card

The date of admit card will be uploaded soon. Candidates have to go to the official website to download the IPU CET admit card 2016 or other details. After downloading the admit card take out the print copy for security of future as a proof. To download the admit card student has to enter the name and application number. Get the admit card in the exam hall and keep it safe till the end of the examination.

 IPU CET 2016 Result

The IPU CET 2016 result will be announced in May. To get the result of IPU CET 2016 you have to enter the name or roll number, then click the button of entering/search. Don’t forget to take hard copy of the result. The exact Result date of IPU CET 2016 will be announced soon. (Result dates are tentative).

Counselling

All the candidates who will be appearing in the IPU CET 2016 exam have a great chance to select their courses and college. The record of skilled candidates will be accessible in the form of merit list. The students are recommended to fill in as many choices as they can, as this will provide a superior ability to get selected. The process of IPU CET 2016 counselling will be started with the issuance of Challan, for paying counselling participation fee. So, the students are advised to bring the all the necessary documents.

• Admit card or Rank Card
• Health strength document

Admission

A merit catalogue will be created for choosing candidates who will get the chance to mark the options of colleges and courses in the counselling round. There will be a process of cut off would be applied and selection will be made. Candidates would be asked to select for admission on the basis of score and rank achieved in the final result.
