CMC (Christian Medical College) Vellore conducts an entrance
examination for admission to MBBS, BSc Nursing, Diploma Nursing, Allied
Health Sciences (AHS) Degree/Diploma courses, M.Sc courses. This
examination is called as CMC Vellore examination. Candidates from any
state of India can apply to this exam.

Application Form
The CMC Vellore application form 2016 will be available on the official site of the university in the February month of 2016 and the last date will be March 206. For applying to this exam the candidates should register themselves with official site and then go to the application form. There will be only online mode for application. After filling the all entries the candidates should click on the submit button. Then candidates should remit the application fee through the prescribed mode. The application fee is Rs. 800/- with additional Rs. 500/- per course for Group A and PG course or Rs. 100/- per course for Group B. Eligibility
- The candidates must be completed the age of 17 years as on or before the 31st Decembner of the year of examination.
- The candidate must be passed 12th or HSSLC or intermediate from a government recognized board with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as a mandatory subjects.
- The candidate for admission to MBBS course should have 60% marks at 10+2 level in each of Physics, Chemistry and Biology and have an aggregate of 140 out of 200 in these subjects, both at qualifying and competitive examinations and should have passed in English.
- Also the candidate should have 55% in each and 120/200 aggregate for MBC; 60% in each and 130/200 aggregate for BC; and 40% in each and 80/200 aggregate for SC/ST candidates).

Exam Pattern
There will be a Computer based test (CBT) for all groups. The examination will be asked in English language and all questions will be multiple choice questions with five multiple answer. The paper will be divided into two sections. One is for 60 each questions in physics, chemistry and biology and sections two is 120 questions over general ability.
