KIITEE 2016: Application Form, Exam Pattern, Eligibility

Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) is the educational University that will regulate KIITEE 2016 entrance exam for those students who wish to take admission in its various PG/UG courses. This national level entrance exam will be held every year during the month of April. Many postgraduate and undergraduate courses like M.Tech, B.Tech, BA.LL.B, BBA LL.B, B.Sc. LL.B, Bachelor of Design (Fashion / Textile), medical courses etc. is provided by the university. Total 50 courses will make available by the university for the interested students. Currently, 20,000 students are studying in the university with different courses. KITEEE 2016 is the online exam and the question paper will be based on the courses selected by the candidates while applying.

Application Form

The application form of KIITEE 2016 will be available online only. No offline facility will be provided to the applying candidates. The candidates are able to get the online application form from the month of December, 2015. Aspirants can download the application form of KIITEE 2016 from the official website of the KIIT. While applying for the application form, the candidates are suggested to go through the instructions properly. Fill up your all the required details in the form, upload photo properly and upload your signature in the prescribed space. In the application form of KIITEE 2016, the candidates are also required to choose the 2 test centres according to their suitability. Application Form Fee

It will be announced by the KIIT University that the candidates need not to pay any application fee against the application form of the KIITEE 2016 entrance examination. The application form will be available free of cost for all the category candidates.

Important Dates

Commencing date of online application form: from the month of December, 2015
Last date of online application form submission: last week of March, 2016
Examination Date of KIITEE 2016: during the month of April, 2016
Issue date of admit card: in the starting of the month April, 2016
Date of Result Declaration: during the mid May, 2016
Counseling starts from: the starting days of June, 2016

Eligibility Criteria

The candidates who are interested for KIITEE 2016 entrance exam should maintain the following eligibility criteria as per KIIT University:

• The candidate who is appearing for KIITEE 2016 should have atleast 60% marks in PCB/PCM.
• Interested Candidates who are in last year of their graduation are also applicable for KIITEE 2016 entrance test.

Exam Pattern

KIITEE 2016 is the online entrance exam consisting of 120 objective type questions for the engineering candidates and 180 questions for the students want to go for medical programs. The questions are asked from the relevant subjects of the course for which he/she is applying.
Marking Schemes: The marking scheme decided for the KIITEE 2016 entrance exam is as follows:

• For every correct response, 4 marks will be credited to the candidates.
• 1 mark will be deducted from the total marks gained for every wrong answer.

Admit card

It is suggested to the registered applicants to download the KIITEE admit card 2016 from the official website of KIIT. The admit card will be available in the website during the month of April, 2016. It is mandatory for the candidates to bring the admit card on the day of examination.
