UG DMAT 2016: Application, Eligibility, Pattern

UG DMAT (Under Graduate Dental and Medical Admission Test) is conducted by the APDMC (Association of Private Dental and medical Colleges) in Madhya Pradesh. The UG DMAT 2016 will be a national level exam for medical, dental, physiotherapy, nursing and other allied paramedical courses offered by the associated private colleges of Madhya Pradesh. It is one of the most sought medical exam in India for Private colleges.

UG DMAT 2016 Application Form

The application form for DMAT will be released in may 2016 from online and offline both. Aspirants can get the application form through the official website of the board or from anyone of the participating colleges or through the post from the participating colleges or the association office or through the selected branches of State bank of India (SBI) against the payment of Rs 750/- as cash/DD in favor to APDMC payable at Bhopal. The examination fee for the MBBS and BDS only is Rs. 750/- (additional). A 100/- postal charge will be marked in case of request the application by post. The filled application form would be submitted through speed post/registered post at the address as given below:

Eligibility Criteria

The candidates must be completed the age of 17 years as on the date of the examination. The candidates should be passed the 10+2 or equivalent examination from MP board or CBSE board or any other equivalent board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (English for Nursing only) with 50% marks in aggregate of subjects. Other than MBBS/BDS, students must only qualify the 10+2 class.

DMAT Exam Pattern

The UG DMAT 2016 will consist of one paper only comprising in 200 multiple choice type questions of 3 hour duration. The paper will be asked in four subjects with 50 questions each like Physics, Chemistry, Zoology and Botany. Each question will carry one marks however no mark will be deducted for any wrong answer.

Admit Card

The UG DMAT admit card 2016 will be declared and available in the first week of July 2016 till the date of the examination. The admit card will contain the exam date, exam venue, name and roll number of the candidate. It is mandatory to bring the admit card with while entering the examination hall.

Results

UG DMAT 2016 result will be announced on the official site of the board around 2 week after the examination. The students can check there result by login their account using the roll number, application number and date of birth.
